Terms & Conditions

1. Brand concerned is responsible for the quality of non-perishable items.

2. In case of a perishable asset, if the customer is not available at the time of delivery, or address is wrong, we will consider the order to be delivered. There are no refund in those cases. However we always confirm the customer availability over phone prior to delivery.

3. If cakes, flowers and gifts ordered by the customer are not available in current town or city, we will replace it with alternative products of equal or higher value.

4. Customers will get 100% refund of their money in case of items may not be possible in towns and cities, provided that they are not willing to accept the replacements offered.

5. In case of items shortage in the market or delayed under certain circumstances, such as the item has discontinued by the manufacturer, the product will be substituted by similar items close to the customers’ ordered descriptions and a confirmation will be sent to customers email. However if they do not respond within 24 hours, it will be considered that the customer has agreed to the delivery of substituted item.

6. Florence Angel delivery may vary from current day to three business days, depending on customer address. If customers desired delivery date is not mentioned in receipt, same will be delivered in one business day.

7. Florence Angel retains the right to cancel any order unconditionally.

8. Cancellation of an order can be requested at least two days prior to delivery date.

9. If Florence Angel is unable to deliver your order, a full refund of money will be made. We shall not be liable for loss of profits, any other charges, emotional stress, or liabilities caused due to non-delivery.

10. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Delhi, India only.
